Arrival: The chalets and apartments are generally available as of 15:00 and reserved till 18:00. Should you be arriving later, we would politely ask to be notified.
Departure: On departure day, we ask our guests to leave their holiday accommodation by latest 9:30.
Reservations: Your reservation/booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your down payment via bank transfer to our account.
Cancellations: In the case of a cancellation, the standard Austrian terms & conditions for the hotel industry will apply. We recommend that you take out a travel insurance.
